The leader of Harlem's own A$AP Mob collaborated with Chicago's RSVP Gallery to put on a show at the renowned Chicago House of Blues as well as produce a capsule collection, appropriately entitled "R$VPA$AP." The collection consists of tees, bandannas and Starter snapbacks that manage to stay consistent with the aesthetic of both collaborators. The video above chronicles the launch of the collection in-store in addition to the House of Blues performance set to a rework of "Purple Swag" and "Pretty Flacko." The limited collection can purchased through RSVP now.

Tanner Goods is best described as a collective of young leather artisans, rather than simply fashion brand. In this video, they open up their shop, their inspiration and their crafting process to the masses and describe how they came to be one of the premiere leather goods shops in the menswear market. More than anything, this short film functions as an ode to craftmanship as well as leather, one of the finest natural materials available to designers. Good dudes. Great product.
I encountered this video about ethical fashion production processes in China shortly after my Skype conference call with our Chinese business partners, crazy timing. I know that the blog posts have been few and far in between as of late, but it's for a good reason. We are working on some really big, international projects that has had us heads down for the past couple of months. Stay tuned for some major updates in our product line coming in the near future. Until then, learn more about ethical fashion production in China.
Chester French is one of my favorite bands, so it's great to see them hit the national stage once again with their video "Black Girls". The video, which was premiered by the revamped KarmaloopTV, is seen as a controversial entity by some, but I think its a nice reflection of the Harvard duo's personal taste.
