Style Guide: Levi's Slim Taper Utility Pants

Here's an affordable, yet equally well designed, alternative to the various camouflage pants that are out on the market. The Levi's Slim Taper Utility Pants feature a subdued camouflage print and a nice silhouette, which means that you may be able to rock these in the office with a well-fitting gray or navy blue cardigan / blazer. They will only run you about $78, so even if it becomes relegated to strictly a weekend item, you'll be able to manage. Hit the jump for more angles.

Style Guide: A.P.C. - Simple Sweat Leopard Print

This Leopard print sweater from A.P.C. is pretty damn awesome. I never fathomed that we would be hyping an animal print sweater on our site, but hey, the execution on this simple crew neck surpassed our expectations of what an animal can do for a guy. Get yours from Tres Bien Shop for $150.

Style Guide: Maroon's Return to Menswear

 Kenzo & Louis Vuitton

When I purchased a cotton down vest from Rugby over a year ago, I wasn't completely sure about its deep maroon colorway. It's not that it was too bright or gaudy, but just wasn't a color I was accustomed to for outerwear. However, it began to grow on me, and I began to purchase more pieces, from button shirts to sweaters, in that very color or similar hues. Now, finally, maroon is finally getting its fair due in today's menswear, after long being considered antiquated and glum. It's resurgence was made clear by its strong showing at Paris' recent menswear shows, from Louis Vuitton to Kenzo to Acne. We've included images of some of the maroon-hued looks that were featured for Paris Fashion Week.

Style Guide: A.P.C. Military Parka

This is a pretty dope piece from one of our favorite designers, A.P.C. The Military Parka is a huge standout from A.P.C.'s Spring / Summer 2012 collection. The parka itself is a traditional outerwear piece, but A.P.C. applied a more contemporary, tailored style to make this a great grab for the upcoming Spring season. Available at End Clothing for $399.
Additional views are available after the jump.
